Unimed Goiânia, in partnership with ZF Comunicação, developed a campaign aimed at raising awareness about the high loss ratio levels within cooperatives. The loss ratio represents the relationship between what Unimed receives from beneficiaries and what it spends offering healthcare services.

We were invited to give voice to this message, which can be complex for employees to fully grasp.
 
2D animation was brought into the project as a tool to simplify and clarify the message using characters and a straightforward, informative story.
